STANDARD OR CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONS

MVS Metals can produce replacement slats for virtually any machine and can work with you to create custom configurations tailored to your specific needs, frequently at no additional cost.

COATED OR NON-COATED SLATS

MVS Metals can supply slats uncoated or pre-coated with E-Weld Plasma®. Slats coated with E-Weld Plasma® have proven to be easier to clean, maintain and last longer than uncoated slats.

Using E-Weld Plasma® coated slats will save you time and money with reduced replacement and cleaning time as well as reduction of lost production time. MVS Metals can also furnish additional E-Weld Plasma® and hand-held applicator for touch up or recoating as needed.

SLAT REPLACEMENT AGREEMENTS

To ensure your production time loss is kept to a minimum, MVS Metals can work with you to provide consistent just-in-time delivery or regular scheduled deliveries of slats. This will allow you to save storage space for new slats and better predict the ongoing overhead costs of cutting.
